While most computers running a Microsoft operating system has these files installed, it is possible that some of these files are missing or have been deleted during software program uninstalls. If you receive and error that a file cannot be found when trying to run our software, the problem can almost always be corrected by downloading and installing the Visual Basic runtime files.
